Preventing fraud, false applications, impersonation and other improper conduct
Improving the Services, analyzing use of the website and developing new services
Providing property information, service notices and promotional information with the User’s consent
Creating and retaining legally required records and responding to government authorities

Where a purpose of use is changed, the change will be limited to a purpose reasonably related to the original purpose and will be announced through the website or another appropriate method.

Article 4 — Sensitive Information and Individual Numbers

Utility, telecommunications, internet or moving-service providers where requested or approved by the User
Courts, police, government agencies and other public authorities where disclosure is legally required

Information disclosed will be limited to what is necessary for the relevant transaction, screening or contract, including identity, contact, residence status, employment, income, intended occupant and application information.

Article 6 — Service Providers and Processors

We may engage external service providers to perform operations necessary for the Services, including:

Website, form, server and cloud hosting
Email, telephone, LINE, WhatsApp, and other communications
Data storage, backup and security
Analytics, system maintenance and business administration
Document preparation, printing, mailing and administrative processing

We select service providers appropriately and require them, through contracts or other measures, to handle personal information securely. We also conduct necessary and appropriate supervision.
