We provide comprehensive support to customers looking for residential properties, retail spaces, offices, and other rental properties throughout Tokyo and the greater Tokyo metropolitan area.

Since our establishment, we have handled a wide range of real estate inquiries. Our current Real Estate Brokerage License is Governor of Tokyo (3) No. 94233, and the license has been renewed twice to date. Drawing on our many years of practical experience, we provide attentive assistance tailored to each customer’s individual circumstances, covering every stage from property searches and viewings to rental applications, tenant screening, and contract procedures.

In addition to Japanese customers, we have extensive experience assisting international customers who are starting a new life in Japan, as well as those who may feel uncertain about completing real estate procedures in Japanese. For international customers, the properties they are eligible to rent and the screening requirements may vary depending on factors such as nationality, residence status, employer, and length of residence in Japan. Taking these circumstances into account, we search for properties that accept international residents and support our customers through the procedures in the clearest and most understandable way possible.

Customers who have not yet chosen a specific property can tell us their preferred area, monthly rent, layout, size, distance from the nearest station, desired move-in date, and other requirements. A member of our team will then search for suitable properties and make recommendations. Customers who find a property of interest on another real estate website, property portal, or social media platform can also upload the property information or a screenshot to 5080.jp. We will check the latest availability and whether we are able to introduce the property, and then provide guidance regarding viewings and rental applications.

Customers may also contact us easily through LINE or WhatsApp. Using whichever app they prefer, customers can easily send us their requirements, share properties they are interested in, arrange viewings, and communicate with us throughout the application and contract process. Our consultation service is also designed to be convenient for customers who currently live outside Japan or wish to begin searching for a property before arriving in Japan.
